The apartment is located centrally in the old town of Regensburg, 5 minutes walking distance to Haidplatz. There's a supermarket and many shops nearby, next bus station Arnulfsplatz (approx. 100 m distance).

The minimum booking for the flat is one month.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. On booking, a deposit of 300 € is required.
Regardless of the length of the stay, the final cleaning charge is 40 €.
